The Skincare Thats Stuck

When you’ve been using the same bounty of skincare goodies for a number of months, you know you’re onto something good. I like to keep my routine as consistent as possible as rushing out the door to make the early train each day doesn’t allow for much time to faff. I need products that work and that I can trust to keep my skin in check. This current line up has been delivering up radiant looking skin that for the most part remains blemish free.

I’ll aways stand by the fact that chemical toners changed my skin. Their magical properties not only help to retexture the surface, they work away on dead skill cells to promote smoother more luminous skin. My daily pick has been the Sarah Chapman Skinesis Liquid Facial Resurfacer that I’m nearly at the bottom off. Gentle enough to use daily it’s helped to keep my complexion clear and smooth. Post toning I’ve then been reaching for the Oskia Eye Wonder*. This is the first and pretty much only eye cream I’ve got into the routine of using. It’s light yet refreshing texture hydrates the delicate skin whilst calming down any puffy areas.

We all know my skin is one that drinks up moisture. Blame the London pollutants or the unavoidable annual age increase but I need me some hydration! For evenings I’ve picked up one of my old favourites, the Aurelia Cell Repair Night Oil. Not only does this give intensive hydration without that greasy feeling, it leaves you come morning with bright and plump looking skin. One product that I wish I had discovered sooner was the Kiehls Ultra Facial Cream*. Hands down the best daily moisturiser I’ve used this lightweight texture gives 24 hours hydration that really lasts.

What are your favourite skincare pieces that have stood the test of time?
