If the words Pixi Beauty doesn’t send shockwaves of recognition through your beauty loving spines, I’m sure their most hero product ‘Glow Tonic‘ will. Over the past couple of years Pixi has exploded through the beauty world quickly becoming a brand that stood up and demanded attention. Back in the day I knew of Pixi from their beautiful little store just off a side road from Carnaby Street. Filled to the brim with pretty packaged cosmetics I had dabbled in a handful of products but never to the extent I do now.
You see since Glow Tonic became one of the most difficult to source beauty products with wait lists growing by the day, they’ve capitalised on the popularity and now deliver up the same great range of cosmetics alongside some pretty ace skincare bits. In August we get more. More beauty, more skincare and more makeup. Firstly, wipes. I know wipes are the devil & even the best brands in the world can’t change that point of view, but when you get some that promise moisture and hydration whilst cleansing your skin, I can make a sneaky exception. The Moisturising Cleansing Cloths* are perfect for traveling or when camping at a music festival as they deliver up some serious skincare benefits even whilst being in a disposable form. Even better – these bad boys are available now!
On the cosmetic side of things we have a set of colour sticks, creamy eye pencils and lusciously plumping lip glosses. The Lip Lift Max has two new shades to join Petal Ice that continue to deliver up on that volume-maximising lift for your lips. Sheer Rose* which is pictured above still gives that boost whilst following it up with a hint of luscious colour. Then we have the Multibalms that are new on the scene. A cream to powder finish whilst being infused with aloe vera & rose hip oil, expect colour and moisture in one swipe. Watermelon Veil* does just that and works great to perk up your complexion.
For eyes we have two new shades of the Endless Silky Eye Pen. Opal Overcoat & Graphic Greige* pictured above to add some new options to the already award winning line up. For seriously long wearing liner that blends a dream, look no further! Finally there is the Makeup Fixing Mist* that is also available now. I’ve quickly fallen head over heels for this refreshing spray as not only does it keep makeup in place, you get the added benefits of rose water and green tea to hydrate the skin. Pixi – you never cease to amaze me!
