The Repurchases

repurchases

The other day Cult Beauty announced a cheeky discount code to celebrate a milestone hit over on their Instagram page. Now I’m not one to turn down a discount code, especially when it happens on a Monday, so I used this golden opportunity to place an order for some repurchases. Top of the list was my much loved Kevyn Aucoin Foundation Brush. Thanks to it’s hefty price tag the chance to save some pennies was a much welcomed treat to soften the purse weeping  blow. Now you might be thinking ‘Hey lady! Why are your repurchasing a brush that’s just so darn expensive? Are you nutso?’ Nope. It’s just that darn good.

Not content with a single item being in my shopping basket I also picked up the Aurelia Probiotic Skincare Cell Repair Night Oil. I tried this first back when the brand launched during my days of living in Bournemouth and playing arcade games by the pier. All I remember was thinking it was some kinda miracle product as it made my skin look Beyonce style flawless. Needing a night oil back in my life I was close to nabbing the Sarah Chapman Overnight Facial but with 15ml sitting at £46 compared to 50ml for £45, I couldn’t justify it. Also the Aurelia oil gives my skin a fab hydration boost too to combat those ageing signs that keep sneaking up.

As you can see my haul of repurchases didn’t stop there. A lunchtime Boots sesh resulted in the Soap & Glory Solar PowderMaybelline Lash Sensational Mascara getting picked up. When you find yourself missing a product during your daily routine you know its a keeper and needs to be repurchased. Not only that, when a brand also upgrades the packaging you know you need to get with the times and switch from cardboard to plastic fancy times Soap & Glory, fancy times.

Do you have any products on your repurchase list? What do you find yourself using up the most?
