The Bronzer that has me Singing from the Rooftops

Firstly, just look at that packaging. Go on. Look. Get your eyeballs all up in that tropical print and try and tell me it doesn’t make you happy. Not only have Urban Decay killed it with the packaging for their new summer release, they have also knocked it out the park when it comes to the product inside too. The Urban Decay Beached Bronzer in Sun Kissed delivers a golden goddess dose of colour that can be blended out across the face to amp up that tanned post holiday glow (even if you’ve not actually left the house).

Before you say it, I know the swatch has come out a tad orange, but trust me when I say you can get your brain away from that tangoed assumption. You see the pigmentation here from Urban Decay sits on the more subtle side of the spectrum so I had to build it up in order to get a snap. If you saw my post about the Tom Ford bronzer of last summer you’ll know thats what I love. I’m not a fan of highly pigmented bronzers that pack on the colour even with the lightest of applications. I’d much rather go in heavy handed but still be left with a subtle glow across my cheeks which is exactly what I can do with this Urban Decay beauty.

Here you just get that perfect ‘I’ve been away sunning myself somewhere exotic’ look without the UVA damage or pricey plane ticket. Not only that, this gorgeous little compact comes in two shades, Sun Kissed which I picked up or the slightly darker option of Bronzed. Both deliver a silky textured powder that glides onto your face without going patchy or fading throughout the day. I love it and constantly imagine myself opening this up on a beach in mediterranean whilst applying it each day. One can dream – right?
