Brows from Pixi

pixi brows

We all know that the brand Pixi are famous for their Glow Tonic. Made an overnight sensation by skincare guru Caroline Hirons they quickly sky rocketed as one of thee skincare brand to own. What you might not realise however is that Pixi is so much more. Not only have they recently expanded their coveted skincare lineup, they also offer a range or beautifully curated cosmetics is super cute packaging.

So what do they have to offer for brows? Being a gal who has recently got into tending to these two fluffy areas I figured it was time to test the waters and see what different brands and products could offer. It’s like a whole new world has been opened up! Not only do Pixi have an array of brow tamers, what’s fab is they sit right in that middle ground when it comes to price point. Not quite as budget as some highstreet favourites however you won’t see those higher price tags you’ll find over at the likes of Estée Lauder or Smashbox.

For your brows you’ve got two options; the Brow Brightener* and the Natural Brow Duo*. Now I know what you’re thinking, one of these is gold. I had the very same thought when first casting my eyes across this wand but bare with me. Why would you want to brush golden flecks of colour through your primed to perfection brows? The reason why is because it adds a subtle radiance to illuminate the brows whilst providing shape and hydrating the surrounding area of the skin. Although this won’t be a daily staple for me I do see the appeal and rather like the different shade for your brows.

Onto the other end of the spectrum you have your classic double ended brow wand. Once side, the waxy twist up pencil that is angled in shape allowing you to quickly add in any definition throughout your brows. The gel is there ready and waiting on the other end for your to secure your hard work in place ensuring it doesn’t budge thought out the day. Available in 4 shades you’ll find the packaging a little weak here meaning the pencil can shuffle around however it holds enough pigment to not require a heavy hand.

Have you tried out any brow products from Pixi? Do you have any other favourites from the brand?
