For us beauty fanatics we are constantly seeking ways to source, ship and steal the best of beauty from across the ocean. Those US gals have an array of brands, limited edition releases and colabs that we can only dream of here in the UK. Luckily for us, Sephora opened up its transit channels and began offering shipping to us EU ladies. Although it doesn’t ship every brand or product, we have a wide choice of hard to source stuff to satisfy our beauty cravings. Considering my love for all things American beauty I thought I would put together a post of my top picks to help you along your next big shopping splurge with the mighty Sephora.
For those who love to keep their skin hydrated there are a bevy of nourishing picks for you to enjoy. The Kate Somervile Nourish Daily Moisturiser and Rose Hibiscus Coconut Water Hydrating Face Mist by Herbivore are packed full of hydrating properties to banish any dry patches whilst keep skin balance. Stepping into the land of primers you can praise the coconut gods thanks to the Marc Jacobs Coconut Perfecting Primer. You know I love this dearly and to this day I still recommend it to everyone I meet.
A big US brand is Tarte and whether you are looking for blush, lippies, shadow or mascara, they’ve got something for you. My personal faves lie in their blush department with their Amazonian 12 Hour Blushes. Delivering gorgeous colour that sticks around all day alongside a super strong shade lineup, I can guarantee you’ll end up leaving with more than one! For shadows another cult brand to checkout is Josie Maran. I particularly fell in love with her Coconut Watercolour Eyeshadows that glide onto the lids with strong pigmentation.
I can’t have a Sephora best of post without mentioning Kat Von D. Although not pictured, her contour palette is a must, however the stand out in my eyes has to be her Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks. I’m officially obsessed with Lolita to the point I even have the second one in my life ;) Price, packaging, formula & shade range, she does no wrong in my eyes especially with such a strong lippy lineup.
For a final shopping basket addition throw in a Formula X Nail Varnish or the Tatcha Dewy Face Mist for glowing skin come day or night.
