Whether you’re waking to this glorious sunny Sunday with a fuzzy head, full of motivation to get outside and move those legs or simply some important planned sofa time with a box of maltesers and Netflix, don’t forget to schedule in an hour or three for that glorious Sunday pamper. I’m talking face masks, hair masks, manicures & baths, pull out all the stops to give yourself some overdue TLC.

Since the New Year I’ve upped the stakes when it comes to bath time. Something about January leaves me wanting to turn those taps, get bubbly and have a long old soak. I like to pretend that this routine is simply so I can rest my muscles after some hardcore gym time but let’s be honest, I just need to rest away those desk chair sores! Whatever the reasoning incorporating a weekly soak helps to relax that restless mind, especially come Sunday when you start to feel that Monday fear creep in.

To take the average soak to that next level I’ve started to get fancy, I’m talking a cap full of the Mio Liquid Yoga Restorative Bath Soak alongside a Lush Bubble Bar oer. Todays foamy froth comes from Big Bang which fills the tub with the most bright blue water whilst the grapefruit oil and lemon myrtle oil soothes any aches or pains. I also have a bath pillow, I know, revolutionary! A blow up pillow encased in a soft cotton cover that allows me to rest my sleepy head whilst the warm water works it’s magic. Sometimes I keep tub time short and sweet however recently I’ve started to bring in a book to join the fun, ensuring I not only get a break away from screens & technology, I can finally get through a book thats been gathering dust in my room. Win win! Now excuse me whilst I go and turn the taps, all this bath talk has left me wanting to take a dip!

What are you favourite ways to pamper yourself on a Sunday? Do you have any new products or tips to take bath time to a more fancy level?
