Whoops bet ya forgot about my little summer makeup series there! It’s been a few weeks since my last installment but since picking up a couple of new makeup bits I couldn’t wait to incorporate them into a look and share them with you. This summer addition doesn’t stray overly far from my norm, dewy skin with a bronzey lid, lashings of mascara and a soft pink lip. Sounds simple but there is a a new bronzer in the mix alongside a water colour blush oer.

For base it has to be my new love, the Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder Foundation in 2 Fair. Quickly solidifying itself as a base to be reckoned with I’ve fallen for its fuss free application and finish that lasts all day without making me look like I’m caked in makeup. My concealing duo still comes from the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer in Light Neutral and Bobby Brown Tinted Eye Brightener in Light Bisque 2 that help to mask a multitude of sins. Now for a bronzing duo ready to make you swoon, oh yes the Tom Ford Bronzing Powder Small in 02 Terra teamed with the Kevyn Aucoin the Celestial Bronzing Veil in Tropical Days in the hollows on my cheeks. Tom Ford gives a natural kiss of colour whereas Kevyn Aucoin brings some serious colour alongside a heck of a highlight.

Before going in with the Laura Mercier Invisible Loose Setting Powder in Universal to lock everything in place I dabbed on some of the new Stila Squa Flow Water Colour Blush in Water Lily. A gorgeous everyday colour once blended out on the cheeks it leaves a natural finish, just beware when it comes to application as it can be known to move around foundation underneath. For a fuss free bronzed up lid I went in with the Josie Maran Coconut Watercolour Eye Shadow in Beach Sand. An oldie but a goody, one wash is all you need for long lasting bronzy goodness.

Finally I went in with the Covergirl Full Lash Bloom Mascara for my lashes still not a fan but trying to use it up and the Anastasia Brow Wiz in Medium Brown to tame the brows. Finally lips which is all thanks to the Tarte Lip Surgence Lip Creme in Sweet*. Something that’s been lurking in my collection for a while only recently have I rediscovered it’s slightly minty everyday pinky shade that works great applied straight from the bullet.
