Baby Soft Hair

baby soft hair

After years of lusting after full bodied and textured hair – I’ve gone to the sleek side. Don’t get me wrong, volume and lift is still required, however I much prefer having my locks look soft and shiny as opposed to dry and damaged. Thanks to all the colouring and heat styling, my ends tend to look a tad frazzled. Whether newly washed or on second day hair, those tell tale signs of dry locks show through. In a bid to knock them back into shape and keep everything looking as sleek as possible I lean on my haircare trio. With something to use in the shower, on wet hair and once styled, every part of the hair process has a dedicated product to inject that oh so desired sleek state.

Mask – once a week I go in with a heavy duty mask to totally transform my tresses. The Nanokeratin Replenish Colour Preserving Mask* does just this, one application and you can say hello to soft like butter hair. Not only is this colour preserving, it really does revive your hair from within. A pricey number (although super long lasting, I’ve had this little pot for well over a year) it is the best mask I’ve used to transform my hair.

Style – post shower I go in with the KeraStraight Rescue Creme*. Oils can have a tendency to weigh my fine hair down however without a styling cream, a brush will never be able to get through the knots and tangles. This highly concentrated yet lightweight cream repairs your hair whilst hydrating every strand. Leaving your locks incredible shiny, smooth hair is finally achievable.

Finish – if I could recommend one product that everyone must own it’s the Schwarzkopf Gliss Liquid Silk Condition. Only £3 in price this truly is one of my hero products. I like to spray some on my Philip Kingsley Hairbrush* and brush through the mid lengths to remove any signs of frizz or puffy locks. This completes the three stages and leaves me with baby soft and sleek hair.
