Oh glorious weekend – I was debating whether your beautiful presence was ever going to happen this week! In terms of filling you in over the past seven days, there is very little to report. I woke up, went to work, came home from work, slept and did the routine a whole extra four times just for lolz ;) I’ve been shaking up my makeup routine a bit more these past few weeks, delving into the depths of the back of the cupboard to see what delights have been gathering dust. So far it’s unearthed a foundation brush from last year that seriously speeds up the process in the mornings, also a bevy of lipstick beauties that will be gracing the blog in the next few days…
This Week I’ve Been…
Venturing outside the house – although the cold wind has been taking over it hasn’t stopped me from sticking to my New Years resolution of getting out the house and exploring London more. This is a snap from the National Portrait Gallery by Trafalgar, although I didn’t pop inside it’s nice just to be able to wander around London without rushing by
Tucking into the Thai delights of Busaba Eathai – a new chain of Thai restaurants that are taking the city by storm, this is their Pad Thai Jay dish which contains my one true love, tender stem broccoli. Delicious!
Testing out drugstore beauties – it really is dangerous having a newly refurbished Boots right by work, I blame that for this sneaky purchase. A new mascara to keep my lashes looking fluttery and a lip balm to carry in my handbag to help prevent my lips from becoming more chapped then they already are
Sharing my new Winter Makeup Series – to encourage me to mix up my makeup and share my findings with you I’ve started a new Winter Makeup Series. Coming to you each week (and each season!) I’ll be showing you my go to looks that I switch up and wear throughout the seasonal weeks
