Santa – you just get me. We are on this similar wavelength for like minded people meaning that you just know. Not meaning to brag about my unbreakable bond with Mr Christmas or anything but as it’s Sunday and I can’t face packing away the festive decorations just yet I thought I would share my stocking goodies and gift treats. Considering it includes a DIY card pen holder in the shape of a, you guessed it, bus, it’s time to crack out the word Christmas for one last time before the January blues take over.
The Makeup – ya think I could go one year without adding more makeup items to my wish list but unfortunately that’s a feat I find simply impossible! From the Charlotte Tilbury Colour-Coded Eyeshadow Palette in Dolce Vita teamed with the Matte Revolution Lipstick in Glastonberry it would be rude not to add the Tom Ford Eye Defining Pen into the mix. Completed with the Topshop Matte Lip Bullet in Get Me Bodied and a Essie Polish called No More Film it’s a rounded bunch that may have all been put on my face come Christmas morning.
Bundle of Skincare – although to some, finding skincare items stowed away under the Christmas tree may not be their idea of a great gift, I couldn’t think of anything better. Finally the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel can work is magic on my dull Winter’s complexion, a week in and I can confirm it’s a beaut! Another Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil and Caudalie Beauty Elixir you say? Don’t mind if I do! Not a traditional skincare item however perfect at reigniting that Summer’s glow, the Michael Kors Liquitan Self Tanner promises a natural golden colour without that tell tale fake tan scent.
Extra Goodies – to keep those sweet dreams coming in 2015 I’ve become hooked on the This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray. Moving away from the bed and towards my tootsies the This Works Perfect Heels Rescue Balm not only smells incredible but makes dry skin a think of the past. January is the month people go crazy for detox but if you fancy indulging in a sneaky mug sized treat (see what I did there!) this Mug Cakes Book is full of quick and easy to make recipes to satisfy that sweet craving. Finally, a book that will last you five years. Q&A Journal asks you a question a day and with their gold embossed pages it’s enough for me to put pen to paper on a daily basis.
I hope you all got everything you wished for from Father Christmas and that you were all spoilt rotten <3 Those three days seem to come and go so quickly – whose up for designing some January decorations to help keep the festivities going?!
