triple threat facial

Sundays for me are all about the triple threat facials. On gloomy days when the sun barely breaks through the clouds it’s all about donning your most cozy pjs, settling in for a Netflix marathon and giving your skin a mini at home spa treatment and facial. I often do a triple threat mask routine on a Sunday as I find it helps to wash away the week whilst prepping me for the looming Monday morning ahead. Any nights where I may have removed my makeup in a slap hazard fashion whoops gets put to right by giving my skin a much needed hit of exfoliation, purity and moisture.

Exfoliation – Ren 1 Minute Facial

To kick things off I go in with a quick exfoliation mask to buff away those dead skin cells and help create a new layer of radiant skin. Packed full of activated Vitamin C the Flash Rinse 1 Minute Facial helps to rejuvenate tired and lacklustre skin to leave behind a revitalised layer fresh for the week ahead.

Purify – Aesop Chamomile Concentrate Anti Blemish Masque

If any blemishes pop up thanks to a spot of overindulgence this mask will neutralise any problem areas, reduce redness whilst helping to calm your skin. The chamomile counteracts areas of irritation and the addition of clay helps to draw out those impurities. A small amount goes a long way to give you a balanced and heathy complexion.

Hydration – Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Mask*

After the buffing and clay treatments it’s vital you keep those moisture levels topped up. My favourite is this sweet smelling mask from Antipodes that is packed full of intense hydration thanks to the traditional manuka honey. With a vanilla and mandarin fragrance this is the perfect mask to pop on whilst you relax and let your worries drift away.
