Haul Week: Perfume & Victoria Secret

Next up on haul week – perfume and a bundle of Victoria Secret goodies. Perfumes are always a must when it comes to travelling, bottles of delicious scented water are expensive therefore being able to snap up your favourites at a duty free price is a no brainer. Not only that, the USA have worked out the magic of rollerballs and offer them in abundance. Seriously, someone bring them to the UK stat! I managed to keep my perfume shopping fairly restrained, the only bottle I bought was my daily essential Stella by Stella McCartney. When it came to rollerballs I also managed to reign in the spending a fair bit, obviously I needed a Elizabeth & James Nirvana White Rollerball as after receiving a sample I’ve been hooked. The full size bottle carries a hefty price tag therefore being able to get a rollerball is not only cost effective, it makes it the perfect scent to transport around in your handbag too.

The final rollerball that sneaked it’s way through checkout was Dolce & Gabbana Dolce. This is a spray compared to a rollerball and it smells utterly divine. A slightly richer and heavier scent this was my evening fragrance of choice and already I have my eyes on the full-size bottle. You will also spy a body spritz, which are officially my addiction. The Bath & Body Work Endless Weekend Fine Fragrance Mist is holiday in a bottle, a few sprays and it will be as if you are lying by a pool with a cocktail in your hand. If only it was able to transport me to a tropical destination and stay at home doing my job for me ;)

Quelle surprise a trip to the US wouldn’t be complete without some Victoria Secret hauling. With their fab offers such as 5 for $30 it would be rude not to take a few items home with you. Those smarties out there will spy that I only have four products photographed, being the lovely daughter that I am one body butter went to dear Mum who is also a fan of their items. Nice taste Mum ;) I chose two Hydrating Body Lotions, one Fragrance Mist and a Body Wash. Each one is filled with a sweet and fruity scent that resonates throughout the product and lingers on your skin. I find their lotions are super hydrating and even the smallest amount of body wash lathered up leaves my bathroom filled with fragrance. The only question is – when can I go back to stock up on more?!
