It turns out having to work the bank holiday weekend turns me into a massive shopaholic. Something about sitting behind a computer with the sun beaming outside, whilst passers by frolic along the street with Easter Eggs in their clutches (okay I may be over exaggerating a touch but you get my drift) turns me to online shopping. Three quick and easy clicks later and there I have it, a delivery winging it’s way to me, giving me something to look forward to. To get me through the doom and gloom I turned to my weakness, beauty, and out came the bank card. My purchases were entirely frivolous, unplanned and a complete splurge. My wish list was thrown by the wayside and I just went with my gut. Oh hello new beauty bits, boy are beautiful.
From my Good Friday shop attack I snapped up the RMS Beauty Raw Coconut Cream Cleanser and the Louise Young Super Foundation Brush. In a quest for clean skin and to shave a few minutes from my makeup routine – these have quickly become pride of place. The RMS Cleanser smells utterly incredible, almost as if the pot contain 100 fresh coconuts. I could quite happily sniff it all day. The cleanser itself is solid but warms up to the touch to become an oil. It lifts away makeup, leaves skin feeling hydrated and so far it gets a big thumbs up from me. The Louise Young Foundation brush is quickly making it’s way through my tinted moisturisers, BB Creams and foundations. A big old brush this buffs away product to leave flawless looking skin behind. Online shopping – you and me are going to be great friends.
