September Favourites

October is in the air and Winter is sweeping up around us. I don’t feel like I’ve come across too many new products this month as the past four weeks have literally spun past. My whole ‘beauty routine’ has taken a back seat with packing, moving and planning jetting towards to the forefront of my agenda. That being said, any beauty obsessed person is able to squeeze in a few favourites to pass the time!

Bumble and Bumble Thickening Dryspun Finish* – This has become my new daily hair love. If you are looking for added oomph, an injection of volume whilst giving a lift to your tresses, then look no further then this latest release from Bumble and Bumble. This adds the perfect daily volume that I am looking for without leaving any product build up or making my hair look like it’s just come out of a tumble dryer. Slightly more economical then the Oribe Dry Texturising Spray this is the perfect sister for daily added oomph.

Origins GinZing Moisturiser – With the transition to Autumn now in full effect I find myself reaching for slightly more moisturising and hydrating items within my skincare routine. I’ve found this to be the perfect transitional moisturiser that I use in the mornings to keep my skin looking radiant whilst also counteracting any Winter dullness. For a high-end moisturiser it doesn’t cost the earth and a tub of this will easily see you through to the height of Winter.

Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow – Oh my goodness have I fallen head over heels for this bronzer and highlighting duo kit. A complete indulgent purchase as I have enough bronzers and highlighters to last me a lifetime, this little kit means you have everything you need at your finger tips to sculpt and define your face. I find the shade of bronzer to be just matte enough to contour whilst adding enough depth to give you catwalk cheekbones. It can be easy to go overboard but a slight dusting will give you a day time look that can be vamped up for the evenings.

Soap & Glory Smooch Operator* – Since getting this lip balm it hasn’t left my handbag. Cost effective, super hydrating whilst adding a lovely sheen to your lips, you can’t go wrong with this. Packed full of goodness with Wild Mango Butter, Argan Oil and Vitamin E you know your lips will be kept in tip top condition.

Antipodes Juliet Gel Cleanser* – This has quickly become my go to second cleanser to clean my skin and remove any last traces of makeup. For a gel cleanser this lathers up on your skin and I massage it over my face and wash it away with a flannel. No tightness or dry skin in sight, this helps to hydrate my skin whilst keeping any blemishes or imperfections at bay.
