Antipodes Juliet Skin-Brightening Gel Cleanser – £22.49* | Antipdoes Grace Gentle Cream Cleanser – £22.49*

Antipodes are a skincare brand that feature pretty heavily in my weekly routine and collection. Their Reincarnation Pure Facial Exfoliator* and Aura Manuka Honey Mask are some of my favourite masks and both products help my skin to shine brighter and clearer. The company’s organic and natural skincare mantra means that anything you try out from them will be free of mineral oils, animal ingredients and synthetic fillers to name but a few. I find the brand and their products work a dream and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. With my much loved Aurelia Cleanser all used up *sobs* I turned to Antipodes to try out a couple of their popular cleansers and put them to the test.

Juliet Skin-Brightening Gel Cleanser – I use this gel cleanser as a second cleanse once my makeup and SPF has been removed. Initially I found this cleanser a bit odd as when you decant the product inside, you are met with a dark reddish brown gel on your hand. Although this is the start off colour, once applied to your face the colour disperses. The second thing you will find with this cleanser is that smells incredible. The active ingredients of kiwi, manuka honey and Vinanza grape combines to make the most gorgeous fresh and fruity scent. Not just that, these ingredients exfoliate the skin whilst the antibacterial properties help reduce and balance oil production. You get a pretty impressive 200ml of product inside and I find it to be a really lovely second cleanser.

Grace Gentle Cream Cleanser – I use this cleanser again as a second cleanse as I personally don’t find cream cleansers strong enough to remove all my makeup. This gentle cleanser is more suited towards people with sensitive skin as it contains anti-inflammatory properties to sooth your skin and help reduce any redness. Packed inside is avocado oil and marigold flower to gentle yet effectively cleanse your skin. I find this is a lovely and soothing cleanser however personally the scent is too powerful for me. The ingredients give this cleanser a strong fragrance that I find can linger on my skin and my flannel. Personally I get on better with the Juliet Cleanser however for those with sensitive skin or looking for an organic cream cleanser, might prefer this more.

Have you tried a cleanser from Antipodes before? What are your favourite second cleansers?
