Aurelia Revitalise and Glow Serum – £47.00*
Aurelia Cell Repair Night Oil – £45.00*

When starting to write this blog post it disappointed me that with each letter typed a gold coin didn’t fall from the ceiling. These products should be doused in gold leaf whilst lying across a royal cushion, why? Because these products are head to toe luxury. If you are looking for the latest brand that knows it’s stuff when it comes to skincare,  lists all their ingredients online and has even been recommended by skincare god Caroline over at Beauty Mouth, look no further as Aurelia has landed. A Probiotic Skincare company that provides revolutionary products to regenerate cells, prevent damage and boost moisture all whilst leaving you with radiant skin. Aurelia prides themselves on being the perfect mix of science and natural luxury, and whilst the science part is slightly lost on me – the luxury part I can fully understand ;) If all that wasn’t good enough they are also a British company manufactured in England that doesn’t test on animals and doesn’t put any parabens, mineral oils or silicones into any of their products. Told ya they were good!

The first product I put to the test was the Cell Revitalise Day Moisturiser. Popped on in the morning after cleansing this thickly whipped moisturiser not only feels divine to apply, it is also super moisturising. The cream alone feels luxurious and as soon as I applied it I could feel my skin instantly drinking it up. It has a soft fragrance that isn’t too overpowering and is packed full of Borage Oil to help lock in moisture throughout the day. If the day cream wasn’t luxury enough – wait until you hear about the night serum and oil!

Since using products from the Aurelia range my nighttime moisturising routine has taken a 180. Gone are the single pots of moisturisers and instead they have met by the Revitalise and Glow Serum and the Cell Repair Nail Oil for that added boost of skincare goodness. The serum is a lightweight product that hydrates the skin whilst banishing any dullness. I use two drops of this serum and apply it to clean skin with my hands. Depending on how my skin is feeling that night I sometimes pop a moisturiser underneath and my current pick is the Origins Nightamins that I am trying out. To complete my whole skincare routine and to give my skin that feeling of pampering I add two drops of the Cell Repair Night Oil. This reminds me of the Darphin Aromatic Purifying Balm in Oil version as it has that same aromatherapy scent. Aurelia recommend pipetting this oil into your hands and inhaling it in whilst massaging it in your face. It smells amazing and my skin loves it. After using this with the serum my skin looks more healthy, happy and any dullness is banished. This has even helped out with any pesky blemishes and redness is quickly calmed down.

Skincare is that category where I am happy to splurge, having good a skincare routine and ultimately good skin is important to me. So far Aurelia have hit it out of the park and I look forward to using their products each night.
