If you can’t tell by now I’ve developed a bit of an obsession with Nuxe! What can I say they are blooming brilliant =) I started off the brand love with the Nuxe Reve de Meil Hand and Nail Cream (which I reviewed over here) and considering I previously hated hand creams it was quite impressive that this got me hooked. Followed up with the Micellar Cleansing Water with Roses and Green Tea (which you can read all about here) you can see that the brand love is going strong! When Feel Unique recently had their massive sale I was having a cheeky browse and came across this winner – the Travel Set which I nabbed for £9.92. What a bargain! This set contains 5 Nuxe minis that are perfect for a weekend away or to try out some other items that the brand has to offer without having to buy the full sized version.

Micellar Cleansing Water – £14.50 full size
This micellar water is slightly different to the one that I picked up on holiday and have been raving about. It contains rose petals and apparently is specifically for sensitive skin which surprises me as I have sensitive skin and have had no problems with the roses and green tea version. I haven’t tried out this micellar water yet as I have been saving it for when I travel to give it a test. No doubt based on how much I love the roses and green tea version it will be an instant winner!

Huile Prodigieuse – £17 for 50ml/£28.30 for 100ml
This was the main reason why I bought this kit as I have always wanted to try out this product but with the 50ml bottle sitting at a pretty pricey £17 and the 100ml even higher, I wanted to make sure I would love it first. This is a multi use dry oil that not only smells amazing, it also leaves your skin feeling like silk. A favourite by many beauty journalists this dry oil can be used on your face, body and hair. It contains 6 different plant oils that leave everything it touches feeling soft and smooth. This has also been brilliant at helping to keep my tan a bit longer!

Creme Prodigieuse – £19.50 full size
One thing I hadn’t tried yet from Nuxe was a skincare cream. The Creme Prodigieuse is a moisturiser for normal to combination skin and (even though it’s impossible not to squirt out too much from this mini bottle) I have been loving using it. It leaves my skin feeling really refreshed and moisturised without looking greasy. It is an anti-fatigue moisturising cream meaning it is meant to protect against oxidative stress which is the main cause of skin ageing. Although I haven’t noticed anything along the anti-ageing route this does leave my skin feeling plump, alive and soft throughout the day.

Reve de Meil Hand and Nail Cream – £10 full size
You all know I love this and now I have a mini bottle to carry out all day which makes me even happier!

Fondant Shower Gel – £8.20 full size
Although I am not sure whether I would buy the full size version of this as I’m not really that fussy about my shower gels this is perfect for travelling and doesn’t leave my skin dry after using it whilst smelling divine in the process.

As you can see Nuxe are a winner for me and lucky for me I am heading off with my parents to Paris for the night later this week! We have some family friends that are visiting Paris from America so we are going to pop by and visit them and the city for a night =) Clearly I am going to be seeing how many pharmacies I can run into in the time I am there and any recommendations on what I need to pick up French skincare wise please comment below!
