Sanctuary Pore Refining Toner

Sanctuary Pore Refining Toner

Happy Jubilee everyone! The whole Jubilee event I find pretty confusing (I’m a poor Brit) and I’m not 100% sure what is planned today but I know that it’s still a bank holiday in the UK and that’s a big enough excuse as any to celebrate! Now lets talk toner!
Back when I went to the Covent Garden Sanctuary spa for the day and had my skin analysed by a device that takes photos of your skin I was told that my skin was dehydrated (so I picked up the Youth Boosting Facial Oil) and also that I should use pore refining products. Ever since I was told this as soon as I walk into a Boots, Space.NK or any Beauty Hall I just walk around muttering ‘pore refining’. This is what has lead me to my want for the Murad T-Zone Pore Refining Gel which I do nothing but talk about and really need to buy!
During the skin analysis I was also recommended the Sanctuary Pore Refining Toner. I didn’t have the money to get it at the time but imagine my face when I saw it a couple of weeks later in Boots in a mini bottle. It is £2.55 for 30ml so I snapped it up immediately with a big ‘pore refining’ smile on my face! I have been using this toner for a few weeks now – first before I tried out the Naked Skincare range (which I have reviewed here) and now I am back using it again. I really like this toner and have noticed a visible difference to my skin since using it. My pores, although not gone forever, look less obvious. This toner doesn’t dry out my skin at all and it also works at balancing your skins pH levels. I can see myself keeping this smaller bottle for travel and buying the bigger 150ml bottle (which is £8.99) to keep at home.
What’s your favourite toner to use? Are you into pore refining products?

This looks like a really good toner – I do really like The Sanctuary products.

My favourite toner at the moment is by Liz Earle – very refreshing and my skin feels lovely after use.

I used to use the Liz Earle one and loved it but fancied a change and wanted to go down the pore refining route! I do love a bit of pore refining :p xx

Woo looks good! I love the wee versions Boots have. Anything that reduces my pores (I lost a handbag in one) is a winner. xxx

I have never used a toner before, but want to give it a go as my skin has started looking dull. Is this a good toner to start with?

I find toners really help my skin and are a staple item in my skincare routine. You might not need something that is pore refining so maybe start with the Liz Earle Toner =) xx
