Recently I picked up the Pixi Glow Fairy Dust when Carnaby Street had a 20% of night. Even though I was heading out for dinner I deemed it important (I lie a necessity!) to pick this up for the big £2 discount meaning I could take it home for £8 as opposed to the usual £10. After a recent event held by Pixi for the Pixi Glow Tinker Bell collection the Fairy Dust and Straight On Till Morning Liners have been a big hit in the blogging community. I have my fair share of liners but was much more intrigued by the Fairy Dust.

Fairy Dust is a loose pigment that is a gorgeous iridescent pearly white colour. Popped on the inner corner of your eye this instantly opens up and brightens your eyes. This product has become a staple item in my daily makeup routine to help me look more awake and alive in the mornings. Even though it is a pigment the applicator means that you can be pretty precise when applying it resulting in minimal fall out.

Have you tried Fairy Dust before? What is your favourite inner corner highlight colour?

I have to admit, I wanted this as soon as I saw how pretty the casing was… before I ever saw the product!

I worry about lots of fallout with products like this but I’ll take your word for it that it’s not too bad! It looks beautiful and shimmery. I may have to get one as a highlighter for nights out!
