From time to time I like to change up my lip combo. Whether it be reintroducing an old flame or adding something extra into a loved item, I like to play around with different colours and combos to suit my mood and the weather. This is exactly what I have done recently and I am loving it! My current lip obsession is the Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector in 02 Apricot Shimmer (which I have reviewed here). It is the perfect combo of lip gloss and lipstick in one and gives such a gorgeous kiss of colour to the lips.

To vamp up the colour a bit I have been wearing it on top of my Clinique Chubby Stick in 06 Whoopin’ Watermelon. I bought this when I went to New York last November and I fall in and out of love with it. I go through phases of wearing it all of the time and then forgetting about it for a few months. I do love the product itself, the colour and the formula as it’s great to apply throughout the day but other newbies come onto the seen and sadly it gets a bit forgotten about!

What I love about this combo is that its a great pink that can be worn everyday but still packs a bit of a punch. It is glossy without looking like it’s about to slide off your lips and it lasts pretty well throughout the day as well.
