i don’t mean to bore you with my love for all things liz earle but this is something that deserves a shout out. they say (and by they i mean those lovely skincare people in the world and the backs of most exfoliators on the market) that you should exfoliate your face at least twice a week so its important to have a good exfoliator in your cupboards. this is my go to exfoliator that i use every friday as my ‘the week is over its time for the weekend lets scrub away the week i’ve had’.
this little bottle of goodness contains purifying eucalyptus, coca butter and fine jojoba beads that you can see in the bottom picture above. i pump two pumps of this product onto my hands and then work in a circular motion around my skin. i then wash it away with a muslin cloth for a bit of extra exfoliation. it leaves my skin feelings softer and brighten and ensures the week of work has been scrubbed away!
also fun little fact for you your body produces new skin cells nonstop around the clock which is useful considering an average adult can shed up to 50,000 dead skin cells every minute. yes minute!! when you know that little nugget of information you see how important it is to help scrub some of the skin cells away to prevent your pores from getting clogged which can lead to those pesky breakouts. now i’m more glad of my friday night routine!
this can be bought from the liz earle website and john lewis for £13.50 for a 70ml pump
note –  it recommends on the liz earle website that it is not suitable for sensitive skin. i have sensitive skin and am fine with this product but its best to speak to an expect if you have any questions or are worried
