i have an issue with dark circles under my eyes and its something i complain/stress about a lot. all my insanely late nights and early mornings during my a levels and gcse’s and also uni have meant i have terrible dark circles. to some people they may not be so terrible but all i can see in the mirror is these pesky dark circles. for ages i have been trying to beat the darkness and now i think i’ve found the light!

i wanted to try the liz earle daily eye repair* (£13.75 for 10ml or £7.25 for 5ml) as on their website it says this has ‘light-reflective particles which brighten dark under-eye shadows’ it also has spf10 to help protect your delicate under eyes and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines. i’ve been using this for just over a month now and apply it in the mornings after i have cleansed

i apply quite a liberal amount and let it soak into the skin while i get ready for the day ahead. i then moisturised and then gently pat in any product that is left

the above photo is me with no makeup on after i have use the daily eye repair and after i have moisturised. even in this photo the shadows are already disappearing

the above photo is with makeup on. the finished product. there are no (well hardly :P) any dark shadows! i also use my trusty bobby brown corrector concealer and bare minerals powder in well rested as they help a lot. these are my go to holy grail products to hide those nasties under my eyes. the combination of finally finding a great under eye concealer combo and also a product to help lighten the area has meant i can finally stop stressing about those dark circles!

in both the above photos i have makeup on and i think you can really see the difference. liz earle daily eye repair i thank you!
