label.m have recently released their first dry shampoo. as you know i am a massive fan of dry shampoo and pretty much live off batiste. i tried some label.m products before christmas and loved them so when i saw they were releasing a dry shampoo i knew i had to try it. also they have a brunette version – perfection!
upon first impressions i thought that i instead had a can of spray paint. i dont know whether its just me but im not a big fan of the can. i guess it looks sleek and whatnot but maybe its just from my years in graphics it instantly reminds me of a can of spray paint. all that aside its time to get spraying.

i initially sprayed this on my arm to see how dark the colour payoff was. i was impressed as it is a thick dark brown that doesn’t have any hint of grey to it (batiste coloured shampoo im looking at you!) this should mean that after using this product your hair shouldn’t look duller or grey! although the colour looked promising the smell did not. this little can packs a punch! i can’t really describe what its like. it smells like a mix between a spray tan booth and a weird smelling aerosol can! not good!
apologies for the following photo. this is what happens when you try to take a photo of your hair at night  without knowing what angle works to get your hair in frame :P (oh hi sock draw!)

as you can see after using this product it does not dull my hair at all, nor does it make my hair feel like i have been spraying loads of dry shampoo into it. this might have something to do with the fact that this dry shampoo contains rice starch which is meant to lift residual oils from the scalp. it is also sulphate, paraben and sodium chloride free.
my hair does feel refreshed after using this and i do like the final finish i just need to get past the initial offensive smell! this dry shampoo retails at £10.50 which is pretty steep for a dry shampoo considering how quickly i get through them! however if your going out and don’t have time to wash your hair or don’t want a grey cast over your hair this product is great. i think it would be something i keep in my cupboard for special hair emergencies!
have you tried this new dry shampoo? would you be willing to pay £10.50 for one?
